Since the reform and opening-up of Mainland China, we are pleased to see the modernization of our country and the progress of its economic development. As the Chinese churches are growing, we have the opportunity to work with the churches and seminaries in the Mainland to develop theological education.

CGST is rooted in Hong Kong and committed to serving in Mainland China. As a theology school, CGST is concerned about the Chinese churches worldwide. Situated in Hong Kong at the doorstep of Mainland China, we are definitely concerned about Mainland China's theological education. We would like to build a good relationship with Mainland China in order to support and cooperate with each other.

The purpose of CGST's development of theological education in Mainland is to serve and support the churches and Christians in the Mainland. Through exchanges and sharing of experiences and resources with Chinese seminaries, we are able to participate in theological education in Mainland China. At the same time, our professors are invited to share and speak at different seminaries in Mainland China.
